Togather, the UK’s largest events booking platform, has brought in ex-HeyCar Chief Operating and Product Officer Vik Barodia as their new COO to lead the operations of the company as it continues to disrupt the £100bn UK events industry.

Togather, formerly known as Feast It, is known for connecting the best independent event suppliers in the UK to events, from corporate parties to large scale music festivals and cultural events.

A major part of Vik’s role will be to continue the improvement of Togather’s tech-product to solidify its position as industry-leading, and continue the streamlining of booking event suppliers for organisers. He will further look to optimise the Togather Live product, through which the business has delivered events such as Pride in London, Gala Festival and The Royal International Air Tattoo.

Barodia, who has previously been Head of Motors at Gumtree and Chief Digital Officer at SuperBike Factory, has over 20 years of experience in tech marketplaces. He further has investor perspective, through his position as a Member on the Board of Advisors at Concept Ventures.

“Joining Togather is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company that already stands at the forefront of redefining the events industry” said Barodia. “ I am excited to collaborate with the incredibly talented team and use my experience to drive operational excellence and innovation. We’ll deliver unparalleled experiences for our clients and solidify our position as the UK’s leading events creation platform.”

Togather CEO Digby Vollrath added “We are thrilled to welcome Vik to the Togather family. His amazing experience in scaling operations and driving product excellence aligns really well with our vision for the future. I have no doubt his  leadership will propel Togather to new heights as we continue to redefine the events industry for the better.”
