The Event Technology Awards – 4th November 2020
Created to showcase and celebrate the achievements of companies/individuals in event tech, from suppliers and venues to organisers and agencies, this awards ceremony synchronises with Event Tech Live and is open to all.
Founded in 2013, the Event Technology Awards quickly became THE must-attend for people making waves in the industry. Virtual in 2020, ETA is another example of our team and our partners working together to deliver an unforgettable experience despite all the restrictions.
The Sustainable Breakfast Briefing – 2021 dates TBC
An intimate event held at Shoreditch Treehouse, the inaugural Sustainable Breakfast Meeting, in February 2020, included coffee, croissants and networking before a panel of thought-leaders opened the discussion around sustainability in the event industry and took questions from guests.
Sponsored by GES and used to launch The Sustainable Event Buyer’s Guide, the success of year one means the breakfast meeting will be an annual event.
The Sustainable Events Awards – Entries open 24th March 2020
Brand-new for 2021, the SEAs highlights the best eco-friendly events and suppliers in the industry; organisers and companies whose systems/solutions make a real difference.
Created in a fittingly environmentally friendly way, the application process and ceremony will be completely online, preventing the traditional travel miles for judges, entrants and the audience. The virtual Sustainable Event Awards also contains the paper waste caused by printing applications and badges and that green thinking runs right through the event.
