Tickets for Good announce huge year of growth in 2022 and new projects for 2023

Tickets for Good evolved from their original Ticket Bank project launched in 2019. The Tickets for Good NHS platform arrived in May 2021 and has grown rapidly since then with over 177,000 registered users and over 200,000 free and discounted tickets distributed, saving NHS workers over £5m.

With many challenges to the events sector since 2020, Tickets for Good has emerged as a winner in a difficult climate. Their simple model of providing a secure delivery platform allows event and venue partners to distribute free and discounted event tickets to NHS staff, charity workers and other deserving demographics. In addition to allowing event organisers to hit CSR targets and achieve meaningful community access, they have also aided audience development and provided a great outlet for tickets that may otherwise go unused.

2022 saw many highlights. In April they received the Impact Award from The Ticketing Business Forum in recognition of the social impact of their work. In the Summer they worked with close partner S&C Productions to provide tickets for both Strawberries & Creem Festival and The Cambridge Club Festival to key workers and Ukrainian refugees in addition to NHS workers in a demonstration of how the platform can be repurposed for new demographics.

The geographic spread of the events on the platform also improved significantly in 2022 as illustrated in the graphic below. Tickets for Good quadrupled the number of events on the platform between 2021 and 2022.
