Emirates Old Trafford is set to complete its £75m redevelopment when their new hotel extension, stand and event space opens in the autumn of this year.

The latest development will be the extension of the venue’s on-site hotel. The four-star Hilton Garden Inn is expanding its capacity to 250 luxury bedrooms, 136 of which will have private terraces and pitch facing views of Lancashire Cricket’s iconic ground.
The hotel will also see the addition of a new and dynamic event space which will be called The Edge. A brand new, opulent, but also incredibly flexible and dynamic space, its location within the hotel creates an exclusive use opportunity for event organisers.
The Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Emirates Old Trafford directly connects to two of the venue’s leading spaces, The Point and onwards to The Pavilion. The Point is an award-winning event space, column-free, with a capacity of up to 1,200, and with seven-metre high windows which allow for unrivalled and unimpeded panoramic views of the world-famous cricket pitch and a light fresh environment for guests.
The new developments will allow organisers to add on additional days to their conferences and events, while also keeping delegates together on site. It also opens up other on-site incentive and team building opportunities, from the Media Centre to the Cricket Centre, all of which add value across the event itinerary.
