GL events UK had great pleasure in supporting the British Summer Time festival in London’s Hyde Park this summer for the first time. The infrastructure company was involved in the creation of the entrance structures, catering and preparation areas for performing artists, headline compound area, the media tent and onsite day accommodation, sanitation tents, event offices, and merchandise retail units; 12 units in total comprising of over 2,100 m2 of space.
The partnership continues what is an incredible run of globally recognised events, across the outdoor event scene, comprising of world leading festivals and internationally recognised sporting events; from The Open, The European Championships 2018 in Glasgow, to BST.
British Summer Time is the latest festival to turn to GL events for a higher premium product, that is better suited to what has become one of the most sought after tickets in the UK. The festival chose GL events to offer higher spec infrastructure for some of the most important stakeholders involved in the event; from the performing artists, to media, and of course the event organising team itself.
