Pieminister (created by brothers-in-law Tristan Hogg and Jon Simon) began in Bristol in 2003. After many months of pastry mixing, baking and of course tasting, Pieminister’s first pies were born.

Since then Pieminister has gone from strength to strength and all our classic pies are multi-award-winning. All of their pies are still made in-house in Bristol using the best responsibly-sourced ingredients. They only use 100% free range British meat and their meat-free pies are Vegetarian Society approved. Most recently they have introduced a range of gluten-free pies and a vegan pie in their cabinet too. And needless to say, they are award-winning too!

Pieminister has a dedicated events team who are ready to organise any type of event across the UK. They have catered for events of all shapes, sizes and styles over the last six years and pride themselves on tailoring their services to meet every client’s desires. Food wise – they do everything from award-winning pies and delicious sides to delicious canapés and desserts, all inspired by ingredients from local suppliers. From a buffet pie meal served in their signature eco-boxes to a ‘pull out all the stops’ three-course formal dining. They can tailor the menu to suit your budget and venue too.
