Ideal for memorable and quintessentially English weddings, the events team at Trinity House have been overseeing joyful civil ceremonies for over 30 years.  There are five rooms (four with Tower views) offering height, light and space, flexible seating formats, and a myriad fascinating maritime treasures and artefacts, including the brass bell from the Royal Yacht Britannia.

But don’t take our word for it…here’s what one of many happy couples had to say:

“Our wedding ceremony at Trinity House in December was nothing short of magic. The iconic setting, flawless planning, and incredible staff made the day feel effortless from start to finish. Every detail was handled with care, letting us be fully in the moment. The setting was both grand and deeply personal, striking the ideal balance between tradition and modernity. The staff’s attentiveness and professionalism elevated the experience, making the day feel effortless and truly special. It was everything we had envisioned—and so much more”…    Lemon and Tom

Located a stone’s throw from the Tower Hill underground, arrival (by horse-drawn carriage)? on cobbled paving behind a set of iron railings is through the grand reception hall and distinctive dual staircase up to a suite of five rooms.  High ceilings with a stunning trompe l’oeil painting distinguishes the Court Room, an ideal option for a post ceremony reception for up to 130 or a seated ceremony for up to 60.  The Library is the main room and comprises opulent crystal chandeliers, fascinating stained-glass panels, a display cabinet of important silver and a minstrels’ gallery. This room allows for civil ceremonies of up to 130 seated (180 standing) and two smaller adjoining rooms provide added flexibility, including a separate dancefloor.

Trinity House is available on an exclusive-use basis to ensure total privacy.

MAKE SURE TO ASK ABOUT the new three-hour (dry-hire only) civil wedding ceremony offer in The Library and/or Court Rooms for £2,500 (weekdays taking place between 9am – 5pm) / £3,000 weekends (also 9am – 5pm) not including VAT.   While this does not include catering, corkage will not be charged if clients wish to organise their own beverages and two waiters plus glasses will be included in the offer for no extra charge.

SAVE THE DATE DIARY ALERT:  Trinity House will be hosting a WEDDING SHOWCASE OPEN DAY from 10am – 4pm on Saturday, 19th September.  Email trinityeventspr@trinityhouse.co.uk  to register or go to EventBrite to register.
