Sheffield-based event production company Stream7 has been announced as a finalist in the Best Live Streaming and Video Production category at the 2025 Event Technology Awards, which will take place during Event Tech Live this November.
The shortlisting recognises Stream7’s work on a global hybrid event delivered in partnership with agency First Event for their client, Input Output Global (IO). The multi-day convention connected venues across two continents and was streamed live to audiences worldwide, combining in-person participation with a seamless broadcast experience.
Stream7 provided technical direction, multi-camera coverage, bonded connectivity, and a coordinated cross-continental workflow to ensure reliability and high production value. The team’s expertise enabled real-time interaction between delegates and audiences, overcoming the challenges of distance and scale to deliver a smooth and engaging event.

Emily Hobson, Business Development & Marketing Manager at Stream7, commented:
“Being shortlisted is a real honour and highlights the strength of our partnerships and our team’s technical creativity. This project demonstrated what’s possible when you bring together innovative technology and the right expertise to deliver events that engage audiences on a global scale.”
Stream7 will be exhibiting at Event Tech Live, Stand E41, where the team will share more about their work in hybrid events, live streaming, and broadcast production.
The winners of the Event Technology Awards will be announced in London this November.
