Event technology company All In The Loop has launched AITL Connect, an open event app platform that organisers can access and start building with immediately, without booking a demo or speaking to sales first.

The platform includes a free tier for events of up to 150 users, alongside, per event and annual payment options.

Founded in 2015, All In The Loop has supported more than 10,000 events worldwide and was voted Favourite Event Technology Supplier in 2025. Previously focused on custom-built and fully managed event technology, AITL Connect extends that experience into a self-service platform.

Open by design:

AITL Connect is built around a simple principle: organisers should not have to replace the rest of their technology stack to use it.

Rather than trying to become the registration system, CRM and event app at the same time, Connect is registration-agnostic and designed to work alongside the systems organisers already use.

Registration handles who is coming. AITL Connect handles the event experience — agendas, networking, meetings, AI recommendations, exhibitor lead retrieval and engagement data.

“We wanted to remove the friction that has become normal when buying event technology,” says Ania, GM & Product Director at All In The Loop.

“If an organiser wants to explore the platform, they should be able to start building immediately. No compulsory demo, no waiting for a salesperson and no need to replace technology that already works for them.”

MCP for event operations

All In The Loop is also developing Model Context Protocol support for AITL Connect, allowing compatible AI assistants to interact with approved event data and platform tools.

One of the first use cases is focusing on sponsor and exhibitor profiles.

Instead of manually searching websites, downloading logos and copying company information, an organiser could ask an AI assistant to add or improve a sponsor profile.

The assistant could research the organisation, identify its official description, logo, website, social links, products and relevant promotional video, then use AITL Connect’s MCP tools to create or update the approved information inside the platform.

The longer-term aim is to allow organisers to manage more of their event through the AI tools they already use, rather than requiring every task to begin inside another dashboard.

Beyond the badge scan:

Exhibitor success is another major focus of AITL Connect.

Rather than ending with a badge scan and a list of contact details, the platform combines lead retrieval with engagement signals including profile views, bookmarks, meeting requests and session activity.

Sophie AI can then help exhibitors summarise conversations, prioritise opportunities and support follow-up.

The principle is simple: every lead should come with a why.

“A better attendee experience and better exhibitor outcomes shouldn’t be separate conversations,” adds Ania. “When you connect the right people, content and opportunities, the event becomes more valuable for everyone.”

All In The Loop is also exploring a broader AI proposition under the working name Kinetix AI, designed to connect event data and surface recommended actions for organisers, such as low exhibitor engagement or emerging commercial opportunities. Contact us to learn more.

AITL Connect is available now with free, per-event and annual options. Organisers can start building at aitlconnect.com.
