Located on London’s Tower Hill, Trinity House is a Georgian gem offering venue bookers a versatile suite of rooms with unequalled views of the Tower of London overlooking Trinity Square Gardens. Height, light and space are hallmarks of this heritage building – a rare combination of grandeur, elegance and ease-of-use with two main rooms and three break-out smaller rooms. The oval Library has a capacity of 130 seated (180 standing) with glorious stained-glass panels, a minstrels’ gallery, and stunning chandeliers whereas the Court Room is distinguished by a striking, maritime-themed painted ceiling and working fireplace. Both these, and two break-out rooms, have high ceilings and tall sash windows offering direct views of the Tower.

The venue stands behind a set of iron railings and cobbled paving, the setting for a segment of the James Bond movie ‘Skyfall’. Indeed, the railings have featured in several filmed productions including ‘Lara Croft: Tomb Raider’, ‘Johnny English Reborn’, the classic 70’s TV series, ‘The Professionals’, ‘The Invisible Woman’ about Charles Dickens, and an episode of ‘MasterChef’. It is conveniently located close to key transport hubs including the Tower Hill, Aldgate and Fenchurch Street underground stations, the DLR, and London City Airport. As it is the working home of the General Lighthouse Authority for England and Wales, the interiors are dotted throughout with maritime treasures and artefacts, including the brass bell of the Royal Yacht Britannia. Included in the venue hire are use of red leather, gold-crested chairs and polished tables, and a ceremonial sword for weddings and special occasions.
