The EVCOM Clarion Awards 2025 ceremony will take place on Tuesday 8th July at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), recognising standout work in purpose-driven communications, events and film.

Celebrating creativity that makes a difference, the Clarions highlight work that tackles real-world challenges – from sustainability and mental health to education, equity, and social impact.

This year’s finalists represent the very best in the industry. Among them are leading creative agencies and production companies of the live events and video world including:

  • DRPG
  • Brunswick Creative
  • Pukka Films
  • Plastic Pictures
  • Quite Frankly

A full shortlist of finalists is available at: EVCOM Clarion Awards 2025 Shortlist

Andrew Smith, Chair of the EVCOM Board said: “The EVCOM Clarion Awards are a must-attend evening for all event and comms leaders. Whether you work in a corporate comms team, brand marketing, or a creative agency, the Clarions offer a front-row seat to the work shaping today’s ethical brand narratives.”

The evening will include:

  • A live panel discussion on what clients really want when it comes to sustainability
  • A showcase of award-winning projects
  • Networking drinks on the LSEG rooftop terrace overlooking the City

Panel: “Sustainability and Winning Business – What Clients Want”

With sustainability no longer a ‘nice to have’, agencies are under pressure to show real credentials and measurable impact. This panel discussion brings together brand-side and agency leaders to explore strategy, brand legacy, client expectations, data-backed storytelling and the increasing reputational risk of greenwashing.

Panellists include:

  • Pamela Noakes, Global Sustainability Director, M&C Saatchi – offering the client perspective
  • Sam Wilson, Founder, Syntiro Associates
  • Dr Dominic Tantram, Syntiro Associates, Chartered Environmentalist
  • Jenny Manby, Plastic Pictures and sustainability assessor at CISL
  • Phil McMichael, UK Sales Director, PRG

Hosted by BBC Presenter Philippa Forrester

The event will be hosted by Philippa Forrester, one of the UK’s most recognisable science and environment broadcasters. Known for Tomorrow’s World, Robot Wars and her BBC natural history documentaries, Forrester brings warmth, intelligence and deep environmental knowledge to the Clarion stage.
