Situated in the green parklands of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London Stadium (formerly Olympic Stadium) has been through a stunning transformation. Initially built as the centrepiece for the London 2012 Games, the stadium has now been converted into a superb multi-use venue with the addition of a purpose-built VIP West Stand. The West Stand is home to a range of stylish, high quality, multi-functional event spaces. Whether you are looking to hold a meeting for 6 delegates, a conference for 300 attendees or a reception for 1000, London Stadium will have the perfect space.

When guests arrive at the VIP entrance, they will be greeted by a friendly reception team before entering the impressive and discretely themed atrium, which celebrates the incredible and inspirational sporting achievements to-date within this exciting new venue. All event spaces are accessed from this atrium, making breakout rooms and catering space highly accessible.

Spaces are designed and decorated to extremely high standards, with a variety of different themes. The Great Briton is a room which celebrates the British champions of London 2012 as well as those remarkable West Ham United players and managers who earned a major winners medal. With views over the City of London, this is an ideal space for awards dinners, Christmas parties and meetings for up to 300 guests. If you are in need of a more casual space, The Boleyn pays homage to the high charm pubs of Upton Park. This is a social meeting place and a destination party venue. It is an extraordinary space which can accommodate parties of 800+. Ideal for informal events with its own bars, occasional tables and seating, it recreates a first class pub atmosphere with pitch-side access. For a meeting for less than 10 guests or interviews, the private boxes are the perfect environment. Each offer a balcony offering pitch views and are adjacent to the Londoner Lounges which offer a great alternative space for lunch breaks, offering a little variety to the day.

In addition to the indoor spaces, the pitch side entertaining area allows guests to get up close to the impeccably maintained pitch. This area is perfect for a summer evening reception. With impressive views of the main stadium bowl, and the crown of the ArcelorMittal Orbit overlooking the stadium. Your event for up to 350 guests can, of course, be complemented by a barbeque themed menu.

If you are looking for something a little more active for your guests, the outdoor Community Track is a full-size running track which was used as the warm up track for athletes like Usain Bolt and Mo Farah at London 2017. This is a great open area for team building activities, which specialist partners provide packages including; Street Olympics, The Games and Crystal Challenge.

Since its completion for the London 2012 Olympics, London Stadium has been seen around the world and delivered some incredible memories and experiences for those who not only attended the games but also watched them around the world. The London Stadium team strive to continue the legacy of the Olympics and will go above and beyond to ensure your event exceeds your expectation, making it a memorable and exciting experience.
