Wyboston Lakes is multi-faceted, yet a beautiful one-off venue situated midway between Cambridge and Milton Keynes and set in 380 acres of rural countryside, less than one hour from London and easily accessible by train or car.

The conference, meeting and event facilities are located within two purpose-built residential centres that house over 65 meeting rooms benefitting from high ceilings, natural light, air-conditioning and advanced technology. For larger meetings and events we have two large conference rooms which can accommodate up to 300 delegates comfortably.

All rooms are equipped with the latest in presentation equipment, as well as whiteboards, flipcharts, stationery and water as standard. Events held at the Executive Centre also benefit from blackout facilities, comfortable eight-hour ergonomic seating and hot snacks and sweets served during breakout sessions.

Overnight delegates can be accommodated with 303 executive double ensuite bedrooms available across both the Executive and Training Centres. All rooms have been tastefully furnished and have a well-lit work area, flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, laptop safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, telephone iPod cable and free Wi-Fi.

There is a wide choice of dining options available which can be tailored to your budget, all the food is freshly cooked with delicious seasonal ingredients. Up to 280 guests can be accommodated in our largest restaurant, The Conlan whilst The Willows Restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests. Both restaurants can be adapted to create a smaller space for private dining events, depending on your requirements and have bars which are open at lunchtime and in the evenings.

A business centre is available to delegates 24 hours a day, giving organisers and delegates alike the opportunity to access emails, browse the internet and print any last minute documents. Administrative support can be provided if required and private lounges are also available for conference leaders and trainers to use, providing them with a dedicated space to relax and prepare for the event.
