There was a gap in the market for an exhibition design and service management company with a new approach. Founder: Kim Bradbury

Kim Bradbury founded Cook & Associates in the UK, creating a leading and highly successful international exhibition management organisation with a unique global profile. With over 35 years’ expertise, he adopts a fully hands-on approach, project managing the realisation of high-level booths and chalets in all corners of the globe for a number of our highest profile clients.

He is well-known for his motivational approach, attention to detail, and total commitment to achieve project delivery excellence.

Case Study: Qatar Airways

We are proud to have worked with long-standing client Qatar Airways since 2006 at over 30 shows and across 10 countries! A key project for them was at ITB in 2018. The brief was to combine drama with an unforgettable immersive experience and deliver a vibrant message about their commitment to excellence.

With just 4 weeks from concept to delivery we designed and built a luxurious double deck stand, a Q-Suite for visitors to experience the inside of QA’s business class offering and an attention-grabbing reveal event. Everything was carefully selected to reflect the 5-star brand, each element exuded quality and fine attention to detail.

To create a show-stopping presence 160SQM of custom Kabuki drop fabric formed a presentation curtain that hid the entire stand from view until the last moment. A string trio played to the audience in the packed exhibition hall as the stand was revealed – combining drama with style!

Over 660 LED tiles ran around the entire stand for the ultimate seamless display, showcasing QA’s destinations and key messages with maximum indoor impact. The technology installed included; a green screen for visitors to take pictures with their dream QA destination in the background, VR areas for visitors to enjoy a fully immersive experience, interactive touch screens and a special entertainment zone.
