WRG, a division of The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG), has appointed Richard McAleavy to the role of Client Engagement Director with a brief to engage current and prospective clients with the Group’s creative solutions, specifically focusing on new business activity within the healthcare communications category.

Richard has a nearly two decades experience of healthcare sales, marketing, business development, client service and strategic planning in both client-side and agency roles – most recently as Commercial Director at Spirit Medical Communications.

Reporting to Madelaine Allen, Client Service Director, he will work across the whole group to develop business across all services and manage new client enquiries. Richard will focus primarily on healthcare communications but will also use his expertise to engage with and target non-healthcare clients.
