Europe’s leading independent event technology provider Weezevent has announced strong growth in the UK, nine months after acquiring UK ticketing specialist Kaboodle.
Independent event technology provider Weezevent has reported growth over the last 12 months, recording a total of 41 million ticket scans in 2025.
Weezevent acquired UK ticketing provider Kaboodle and The Netherlands’ Weeztix in April 2025 with the company attributing growth to these new acquisitions..
Weezevent works with several high-profile live events in the UK and internationally. These include Boomtown, Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza and Hellfest.
For 2026, the company have confirmed UK new partnerships with events including Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul, Fire in the Mountain and Nozstock.
The success of Weezevent’s 2025 has also been recognised with recent industry award wins at the Festival Supplier Awards and Event Technology Awards.
The group processed more than 41 million ticket scans across Europe in 2025, and has since been awarded Best Technology Solution at the Festival Supplier Awards 2026.
Ahead of the upcoming festival season, Weezevent is expanding its presence in the UK with a fully integrated platform designed to support organisers across the entire event lifecycle, from ticket sales and access control to on-site payments, accreditation and data activation.
The partnership with Kaboodle has already been recognised across the industry, with the group winning four awards, including Best Festival Technology and Best Technology Partnership at the Event Technology Awards.
