The National Conference Centre is the ideal venue for your next event, we have everything you need to ensure a success. We pride ourselves on making you look good with a team of professional, experienced and passionate individuals who have been running successful events for over 35 years.

We have 49,000 ft of indoor space spread over 13 rooms, with our largest two rooms accommodating up to 1400. We also offer 204,000 ft of outdoor space, spread across field, hard standing and gardens.

Not bad for a venue only 20 minutes from Birmingham City Centre and 5 minutes from an international airport. Located at junction 6 of the M42 we’re accessible from all over the country and we have over 2000 bedrooms less than 5 minutes away.

We constantly invest in our venue to ensure we can handle the demands of modern events. We have super-fast WiFi capable of supporting 1000s of devices, 1000 free parking spaces, state of the art AV, an experienced onsite technical team and production and vehicular access to all the main suites.

Our head chef has been with us for 34 years, and he and his team can produce the perfect menu for any occasion – from energising conference buffets to delicious and decadent dinner menus. We pride ourselves on an understanding of how important food is to the success on any event, and we consistently get incredibly positive feedback on the food we serve our guests and delegates.

We look after our customers too – we guarantee to acknowledge every enquiry within 4 hours, and to give you a full proposal within 24 hours.  You’ll have a dedicated planner for your event, plus an operational contact on the day to ensure everything goes smoothly.
