Off the back of a record-breaking last year hosting over 300,000 visitors, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is set to be even busier for 2025. This is your space to create extraordinary.
Located just 35 minutes from London on the Surrey and Hampshire border, Farnborough International is an award-winning versatile multi-venue site. With a unique combination of expansive indoor and outdoor space, it’s the ideal choice for exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and corporate events of all sizes. Whether hosting a small-scale corporate conference or a large-scale trade show, Farnborough International delivers flexibility, convenience, and professional service.
Last year Screwfix LIVE cemented its position as one of the construction industry’s favourite events after a record-breaking 2024 show at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre. Having grown year-on-year at Farnborough since 2013, last year’s Screwfix LIVE was bigger and better than ever, welcoming more than 26,000 visitors over the three-days – beating previous attendance numbers – with an increase of 40% on last year’s total.

Andy Newman, Retail Consultant and Event Director, Screwfix Live said: “Farnborough is a great venue for us for two main reasons. Geography, and that’s really important to us. We want to bring in an audience from a 90-minute drive time. What we also find is Farnborough is unlike lots of other venues, where we take the whole site for the weekend, it gives us the flexibility to express ourselves and be ourselves.
“We feel like the team at Farnborough actually understand us and we work together as a proper partnership, and lots of businesses say that, but it really feels like it. Whether it’s security, catering, cleaning, the event operations team, everybody gets involved and they work with us to deliver the best possible event.
“If another event organiser was looking at Farnborough I’d strongly recommend it on the basis of it’s a really professional venue, but with a personality and flexibility that allows you to build your event in the way you want it to be.
“We keep coming back to Farnborough because it works for us. We deliver consistently good numbers. We grow every year. We have a lot of stores within 90 minutes of here. That’s really important, but we just believe we can express ourselves in the way we want to at Farnborough and build the show to be the best it possibly can be.”

Farnborough International’s Hall 1 offers organisers over 12,300sqm of pillar-free, indoor, blank-canvas space, boasting 8m tall ceilings, designed to accommodate a wide range of events. It also has 10 additional conference rooms ideal for breakout spaces or to hold meetings during your event.
Also on offer is Hall 5 which offers an additional 3,150sqm of pillarless space, complete with mezzanine and office space. Farnborough International’s outdoor offering sets it apart from other venues. With over 100,000sqm of outdoor space, the venue is ideal for live demonstrations, vehicle displays, or experiential events that require space to move and explore. The combination of indoor and outdoor facilities allows organisers to create events that are both immersive and practical, offering attendees a unique experience. The private and secure site also means organisers can plan with confidence and freedom to see their vision come to life.

Accessibility is another major advantage of Farnborough International Exibition & Conference Centre. Located just 35 minutes direct by train from London Waterloo as well as Reading and within easy reach of major transport links like the M3. Additionally, both Heathrow and Gatwick airport are a short drive away. With over 3,500 parking spaces and EV charging points on-site it’s convenient for those arriving by car.
Farnborough International is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and organisers can benefit from its in-house catering from award-winning Amadeus. With the launch of Destination Zero, the organisation’s dedicated sustainability commitment and charter, sustainable progress is at the heart of everything Farnborough does. The recent £1million upgrade to the solar arrays on Hall 1 allows the venue to generate enough energy to power the whole building and some of our events, as well as 30% of the site’s annual electricity needs. The venue’s award-winning waste removal partner recycles 98% of waste and the remaining is converted to energy, resulting in 0% waste going to landfill. Food provided on-site is sourced locally using seasonal ingredients, reducing further unnecessary consumption of energy from the site.
The second annual Hampshire Business Awards took place at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre last November, celebrating the outstanding achievements of businesses from across the county.
Over 370 guests enjoyed a welcome drinks reception in the 850sqm Discover before heading upstairs for a stunning 3-course dinner, entertainment and applauding winners across 16 award categories in the 1,000sqm Inspire.

Speaking about hosting the event the organisers, The Business Magazine Group said: “Farnborough International was an ideal choice for us and this is the second time we have used the venue for these awards. It’s really conveniently located in North Hampshire, the facilities are great and the team are really good.
“The team at Farnborough International have really shown great professionalism and really strong communication skills. As somebody that works with multiple venues across the country, we need people who act as our partners when we’re building and scoping the event, and we found that they understood what we’re trying to achieve, the importance of the event in our eyes and really took that on board. We’ve been really happy with the relationship we built with the team.”
What truly sets Farnborough International apart is its pioneering team. With extensive experience as organisers of its own world-class events, such as the renowned biennial Farnborough International Airshow, Farnborough’s experts provide hands-on consultancy and support to organisers throughout all the planning and execution stages of any project. From advising on logistics and troubleshooting, to operations and marketing support, their expertise ensures that every event runs smoothly and successfully, no matter the size or complexity.
This year Farnborough International will once again host the RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show – the must-see sailing and watersports event of the year, featuring dinghy sailing, windsurfing, wingsurfing, foiling and paddleboarding.

Talking on hosting last year’s event, Rob Clark, Director of Sport Development at the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), said: “Working with Farnborough for our event in one word? I would choose collaborative! It feels like the venue is as bought into the success of the show as we are, and that’s something that’s wonderful. It feels like we really are a team who work together to make the best show possible for our exhibitors and our visitors.
“Operationally Farnborough is a great venue for us and it’s something that our exhibitors have really enjoyed in the last three years. The team at Farnborough and the venue itself has been fantastic for us.”
