Our award-winning Park End Street site offers a stunning venue for any conference, event or function, with a wide variety of facilities and is located in the heart of Oxford city centre, next to the train station.

The beautifully landscaped grounds are suited to seasonal networking events such as BBQs, wine tasting, and team building activities. Marquees can be erected in the courtyard area.

This venue offers a wide variety of conference, meeting and exhibition facilities across two, purpose-built modern buildings – the East Wing and the Thatcher Business Education Centre – all finished and furnished to the highest of standards.

The East Wing of our Park End Street venue offers a wide range of high quality indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, including lecture theatres, an amphitheatre and the UK’s first virtual meeting space, the Oxford HIVE.

The Thatcher Business Education Centre is based at our Park End Street venue and features Harvard style lecture theatres, a wide range of classrooms and seminar rooms, and three dining rooms that overlook stunning views of Oxford. 

Whether you are simply looking for a meeting room or wish to arrange a large event for up to 1,000 delegates, our conference team will make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Our Egrove Park site is a residential business meeting venue in a parkland setting, only two miles from Oxford City Centre. The venue supports a wide range of business meetings, from boardroom discussions to residential conferences.

The 37 acres of grounds are perfect for team-building exercises and outdoor summer events such as wine tasting and BBQs, or just for a relaxing walk in the grounds. Other leisure facilities include an all-weather sports surface, croquet lawn, snooker room, and gym.

Our conference facilities can support from 18 to 108 delegates while our private dining options are available from 20 to 110 guests.

We have ample free parking on-site.

Egrove Park has 63 comfortable bedrooms set in a relaxing and convenient location. The accommodation is available for multi-site usage, covering both Park End Street and Egrove Park locations.

All rooms have en-suite facilities, a large desk area and are equipped with a telephone, internet connection, television, tea and coffee making facilities, and other essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our award-winning catering team provides quality and a variety of cuisine.

Our food is made with locally sourced British produce and sustainably sourced fish (our fish suppliers are accredited by the Marine Conversation Society). All meat is from farms which satisfy UK animal welfare standards. We hold the Soil Association’s Food for Life Catering Mark.

Both Egrove Park and Park End Street offer excellent bar facilities, set within elegant surroundings and offering attentive service for a drinks reception.

Delegates can expect two/three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day as standard during refreshment breaks.

Our head chef, Steve Wren, was recently crowned Chef of The Year at the Hospitality Awards run by Baxter Storey.

We have a dedicated audiovisual production team, fluent with the state-of-the-art in-house presentation systems.

All lecture theatres feature user-friendly touch panel controls allowing dual screen projection of media along with radio microphones and interactive podiums.

By prior arrangement, our production team will video-record or live-stream your meeting.

We are a member of the Green Impact Scheme run by the University of Oxford and National Union of Students, which involves staff, students and faculty collaboratively improving sustainability performance. In 2018 we were awarded a Gold Green Impact Award, which we are incredibly proud of.
