Ticketek extends historic Melbourne & Olympic Parks partnership for five years

Ticketek has announced its extended partnership as ticketing services partner with sporting and entertainment events precinct, Melbourne & Olympic Parks, for a five-year term, following a competitive tender process.

The agreement will ensure patrons continue to receive high-quality practice in ticketing technology and services, when accessing tickets for events at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, outside of the Australian Open. 

Guests will benefit from Ticketek’s strengths in technology and customer service. Ticketek is set to deliver innovative digital solutions, as an advanced multi-channel event ticketing and digital marketing company. 

Melbourne & Olympic Parks is home to an array of world-class sporting and entertainment experiences across its renowned venues of Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Arena, Margaret Court Arena and AAMI Park. Each year the precinct welcomes millions of visitors and hosts more than 600 events.

TEG chief executive, Geoff Jones, said the agreement, which includes a clear focus on delivering an innovative new partnership for the future, builds on a deep and long-standing partnership that spans more than two decades.
