Event bookers can now take over levels 68, 69 & 72 of The View from The Shard exclusively for breakfast meetings, morning networking events and briefings. 

Having previously focussed on exclusive evening events the venue has now, in its new commercial partnership with The AOK Events Group, opened its doors to morning events in-line with the growing demand for shorter, content driven meetings in interesting spaces. Planners can host breakfast networking events for up to 250 guests, with views for over forty miles and of all major London landmarks.

Piers Masarati, Sales Director for The View from The Shard said – “the attraction does not open to the public until 10am so breakfast events work perfectly and allow our clients to take over one of the UK’s most iconic venues at a highly competitive rate of just £65pp”

The offer was recently launched to 150 clients at a breakfast showcase where the newly appointed catering partners, Boulevard Events, supplied a range of interesting breakfast items from turmeric bread to an extremely popular waffle station. Mark Maher, director at Boulevard, commented “we are absolutely thrilled to be chosen as the catering partner for The View from The Shard, it’s one of London’s most visited landmarks and a building that is front and centre from almost every angle as you drive into the capital. We are so excited for the future and honoured to be providing catering for events at such a prestigious venue”. 

In addition to the new breakfast packages, The View from The Shard have also created a semi-private hire option, which allows event planners to host evening receptions in a dedicated VIP area of the 69th floor. Packages start at a very competitive £90 per head which includes venue hire, canapes and a dessert station, venue management and security as well as an inclusive drinks package.
