What if events were co-created with input from your attendees, exhibitors, content designers (speakers) and sponsors? 

Instead of only relying on your usual event team members, open up the entire event design process to have your stakeholders, be the co-creators or curators. 

Don’t set limits. 

And as Duncan Wardle, Disney’s former head of innovation and creativity advised, bring in a naive expert to the mix, such as a chef. Someone who doesn’t know events and will make you create differently.
