The Event Technology Awards celebrates 7th anniversary with wins for leading companies

The organisers of the annual awards ceremony have closed the doors on the seventh edition with top event technology companies leaving elated.

The prestigious ceremony, which took place last night (6th), presented 32 awards to leading event tech companies from all over the world during a presentation held at Troxy, London.

It followed on from the first day of Event Tech Live with visitors and exhibitors from the show donning their finest attire alongside fellow industry peers to celebrate.

Taking home two awards, Jomablue was delighted to win Best Visitor Registration and Best Ticketing Technology. Budding tech company, Lineup Ninja, was awarded Best Technology Startup and Exposure Analytics was crowned the Best Use of Wireless Technology and Best use of Technology for Event Analytics / Data Collection.

Event Industry News sponsored The People’s Choice Awards and was thrilled to award The Tekk Group & Tablet Hire, One World Rental & Hire Tablets and ASP with gold, silver and bronze respectively.

Eventbrite was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award. CEO, Julia Hartz, told Event Industry News: “We are so grateful for this recognition of how far we have come as a company and the impact we have made on the events industry. We are energised by the opportunities we face to continue to help event creators around the globe, and this award is a welcome opportunity to pause and celebrate what we have achieved.”

This night is always the highlight of the event calendar – so many people make their way to London to help celebrate the accomplishments of their peers.

During the evening, guests enjoyed a mouth-watering three-course meal by the esteemed event caterers, Boulevard Events, before loosening their ties and heading to the dancefloor to celebrate their achievements.
