The EC Group unites Ivory Worldwide and Event Concept to form a global brand experience powerhouse

The EC Group, the international brand experience group behind creative experience agency Event Concept, today announces its acquisition of global B2B brand experience agency Ivory Worldwide. The move marks a major step in the Group’s ambition to become a leading international partner for brands seeking to create meaningful, human-centred experiences.

The acquisition brings together two complementary agencies with deep expertise in strategy, creative and live experience delivery, expanding the Group’s ability to design and deliver complex global programmes that connect brands and audiences in more powerful ways.

Each of the two agencies will continue to operate under their existing leadership and brands, while leveraging expanded capabilities and capacity – covering strategy, creative, content, digital AI innovation, technical production, fabrication and live execution under one roof.

Together, the agencies form a fully integrated ecosystem designed to help brands move seamlessly from insight and idea to experience and impact. With teams in the UK, Europe and the US, the EC Group is now positioned to support complex, multi-market programmes to meet the evolving needs of leading global brands. The combined offering enables clients to shape bold creative ideas and bring them to life at scale through a unique blend of creative thinking and in-house production expertise.

Event Concept has consistently evolved to meet the changing needs of its clients, growing from its specialist production roots into a creative experience agency delivering distinctive live, hybrid and digital experiences for global brands. A long-standing preferred supplier to some of London’s most prestigious cultural institutions, including the Natural History Museum and the V&A, the agency combines strategic thinking with exceptional production craft.

Building on Event Concept’s New York office and Ivory Worldwide’s long-standing presence across Europe and North America, the expanded footprint enables the Group to scale while retaining local insight and specialist expertise. More than 200 employees now support a portfolio that includes Intuit, Canva and Twilio via Event Concept, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, The Coca-Cola Company, HP Inc. and Airbus via Ivory Worldwide.

Ivory Worldwide clients will gain access to Event Concept’s in-house production and sustainability teams, strengthening the Group’s ability to deliver environmentally responsible experiences without compromising creativity or craft. With production and sustainability embedded in-house, clients benefit from seamless end-to-end delivery that integrates environmental responsibility from concept through to execution and post-programme measurement.

“This partnership represents the perfect alchemy of creative strategy and technical mastery,” says Mark Beaver, Founder of The EC Group. “By uniting Ivory’s renowned reputation for B2B marketing and brand experience with Event Concept’s long-standing creative and production expertise, we can help clients go further — from intimate moments of connection to large-scale global experiences.”

Adam Stanley, Managing Director of The EC Group, adds: “The acquisition of Ivory Worldwide is a significant step in our growth journey. It strengthens our strategic and creative agency capability and enhances our ability to deliver truly integrated brand experience programmes for clients across markets.”

Robbie Crittall, Founder and Chief Executive at Ivory Worldwide, comments: “Joining The EC Group gives us the scale, infrastructure and in-house expertise to accelerate our growth internationally, while preserving the thinking, craft and exceptional client service that our clients value. Together, we can create even more powerful experiences that connect brands and people in meaningful ways.”
