The East of England Arena and Events Centre (EEAEC) has announced that it has been chosen by The College of Animal Welfare to host two multi-day congresses in 2019, each including an exhibition and informal evening event. The College of Animal Welfare Clinical Coach Congress will be held at EEAEC on March 18-19, 2019, and the Head Nurse Congress on May 11-12, 2019. Both congresses are expected to attract more than 100 delegates each, and will host an exhibition area offering space to around 20 veterinary service and supplier exhibitors.

Tracey Croucher, short course & events manager at the College, explained the decision, saying, “After a site visit and meeting the team, we were convinced that the East of England Arena was ideal for our purposes. We wanted to include an exhibition of veterinary supplies and services at both events, and the connected suites at the arena suited our needs exactly. With delegates arriving from all over the country, additional benefits like discounted rail tickets and accommodation also played an important part in our decision to choose EEAEC as a venue”

Dean Rees, business development manager, EEAEC, commented, “It’s a pleasure to welcome The College of Animal Welfare to the venue, and I know we’ll be able to help them deliver an event where delegates will be able to focus on the content and enjoy the hospitality we have to offer.”
