Southbank Centre’s venue hire team has updated their list of approved suppliers for Catering and Production.

The UK’s largest arts centre offers a range of spaces for events and has a carefully selected list of suppliers to work across all three buildings on a 17-acre central London site. Showcasing fantastic views across London, the buildings at Southbank Centre – Royal Festival Hall, Hayward Gallery, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room – offer clients an iconic brutalist backdrop of the South Bank cultural quarter.

As of 2 September 2019, Catering partners include:

  • Caper & Berry
  • Clement Worrall
  • Company of Cooks
  • Skylon
  • Social Pantry
  • Spook
  • Rhubarb

Production partners include:

  • Fisher Productions
  • Hawthorn
  • InGenius

Ali Gannage-Stewart, Head of Commercial Events at Southbank Centre, said: “We tender for new suppliers to work with us for the next three years, so we want to make sure our suppliers can stand the test of our clients’ needs and requirements in our various venues.

This year, we considered what is important to our clients for their events and wanted to offer a list of partners that we work with closely and share our values in quality, service and sustainability.

We have seen incredible catering for events such as ITV Palooza in Royal Festival Hall, BAFTA Games Awards in Queen Elizabeth Hall, and a dinner with river views in one of our pavilions for the Arts Council Collection. We have seen ambitious stage designs for events such as TEDX London and the BAFTA TV Awards.

Working with these partners, we’re excited to offer our clients a fantastic offer of suppliers for Catering and Production to create outstanding and memorable events in our spaces.”
