Following a record start to the year at Exhibition Services, the entire company took time out this summer for a day of well-deserved R&R… after a fashion. Teamwork is at the core of everything the business does, so it seemed fitting to take on a team challenge and the ‘Up at The 02‘ original climb was the perfect opportunity; donning climbing gear and scaling the The 02 roof together, suspended 52m above ground level – every inch the urban mountaineers!

At the top, on a gloriously sunny day, the team toasted their success with a well-deserved glass of Prosecco and were rewarded with amazing views across East London with the city’s landmarks beyond.

After a steep climb down from the summit, the team tucked into a spot of lunch in Bermondsey and Managing Director Julie Finch reflected on the first half of 2018:

“Working in the exhibition and events industry can be challenging and time to re-group as a team is very important to us.  As we continue to grow, we look towards building on the cohesive relationships we have with our clients, whilst continuing to design, build and organise memorable stands and events”

Looking ahead to what the rest of the year holds, the stand build team are preparing for a busy autumn season including travelling to Germany to take part in EASD. Meanwhile our Event Services team are already looking ahead to 2019.

Exhibition Services are looking to add a Project Manager/Design to their growing team. You can apply via their Event Industry News job listing, or you can visit the Exhibition Services vacancies page for more details”
