Over the past 4 years, we have witnessed a growing demand from experiential agencies to be able measure, return on investment. Multiverse Analytics will provide marketers with a single point of reference, containing all recorded metrics which will further drive audience engagement.

Our devices represent the latest technology in video analytics. They integrate data capture and intelligence into one device, providing a common platform for the collection of a wide range of customer behavioural data. Data is captured and analysed on-board a single video analytics appliance

FootFall

FootFall Analytics has been in our portfolio for four years and we know from all clients that have used it and indeed continue to use it, that they are constantly striving to deliver better experiences and to increase their clients brand activation and engagement with their target audience

Consider, that on average 80% of people attending events, leave their Wi-Fi enabled on their mobile devices at all times, this provides a very large sample size.  Utilising our strategically located smart sensors, we determine an “engaged” parameter.  We then simply detect the Wi-Fi probes broadcast from their smart device.

DemoGraphics

Using current IP camera technology, Demographics captures facial expression and in Nanoseconds, transforms the data in to an anonymised, vectorised data string.  This is then processed against a leading recognition engine to return probability data, allowing for accurate capture and reporting of “Unique” vectors.  The entry level offering provides metrics such as age, gender, emotion with additional labels being applied for facial hair or glasses were being worn.  All of the processing is instantaneous and takes place in the cloud.

Having all of this real-time data at your fingertips means that the content of your activation can be matched exactly to the demographic of the attendees, triggering a change of lighting, sound as well as displayed media content, to ensure a truly immersive and interactive brand activation /keynote!
