Priava is an enterprise-grade software for world-class venues. With an intuitive interface, matched with powerful functionality, Priava was designed to meet the complex needs of convention centres, arenas, stadiums, museums, galleries, performing arts centres and other unique event spaces across the globe.

A finalist in the Event Technology Awards’ Best Venue Booking Solution category, Priava is committed to building and implementing solutions based on a best-practice methodology. Their powerful application has been architected in the cloud, supported by Amazon Web Services, to meet the current and future demands of their customers.

Priava’s turnkey system supports users at every stage of the venue booking process – from capturing the initial enquiry to confirming the booking, coordinating logistics and finally producing post-event invoices and reports. Priava customers can pick from a range of optional add-on modules that can be used in conjunction with the core system to support all aspects of venue management. These include catering; inventory; online calendar and enquiries; online bookings; advanced permissions and more.

Priava has released several significant improvements throughout 2018-19 that have contributed to them being shortlisted for the awards. In particular, Priava successfully migrated their application to HTML5. As part of this development, they gave the entire application a brand-new look, adding some impressive new features at no additional cost to their users. As a result, Priava continues to be the most advanced, dedicated venue booking and event management solution, and the new-look site is faster, smarter and stronger than ever before.

Following the European Union’s decision to implement a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Priava also developed a brand-new feature called “Data Privacy.” This feature was specially designed to help Priava users to automate policies and procedures that would complement the strict regulations enforced in May 2018.

Finally, recognising that one of the primary challenges for their users has been integrations, Priava developed and launched a new IPaaS. From the feedback they received from their customers, many of the integration providers available weren’t robust enough to accommodate complex integrations. As such, Priava created LightSceptre, so that their customers could integrate Priava with best-of-breed applications including HubSpot and NetSuite. By implementing effective integrations, Priava users have been able to significantly improve their dependence on internal resources (such as accounting teams) and have also experienced an overall boost to their productivity levels.
