Premier Events Announces Internal Restructure for the New Year

Leading full-service events agency Premier Events has announced a strategic restructuring of its internal divisions and shared plans for a brand revamp in 2026. The fully-integrated agency, based in Leicester, celebrated its most successful year to date in 2025, achieving £10+ million in revenue and 46% year-on-year growth. Following this significant milestone, the team is looking ahead to next steps, streamlining operations, expanding services, and updating the look and feel of its individual brands heading into the new year. The team are also working towards a bumper exhibiting engagement in February, where they will be appearing at International Confex, the Event Production Show and the PA Show consecutively.

Merging of Divisions

In the first of many internal developments this year, Premier has announced the merging of its Content and Creative team with its Premier Studios division. “The Content and Creative Team was born out of our Studios offering,” explains Founder and Director Ben McCarthy. “By uniting these teams, our workflows will become more efficient and our offering can adapt to reflect the needs of our clients.”

Premier Studios consists of multiple fully-equipped studio spaces, including a versatile film studio, broadcast studio, and podcast studio which can be entirely self-operated. The Content and Creative team offer an extensive suite of services for events, ranging from graphic and PowerPoint design, to video production, event design, scripting and coaching for presenters, and curating the audience’s experience for each project. “There is huge crossover with these two teams and bringing them together will give us more resource to deliver on clients’ needs”, adds McCarthy.

Team Expansion

The growth across the business has been reflected in increased turnover and in the expansion of the internal team. Now employing 52 people, Premier’s team has grown by 24% in 2025. The Woodshop team has gone from a team of four to a team of eight with their sales up over 100%, while Premier Studios has taken on an additional three members to meet demand.

“Managing the studios has gone from being something our Production Manager could do on the side, to requiring the time and dedication of a full-time engineer”, says Francesa Sandecott, Creative Director. “It’s really exciting to see the department continue to grow!”

Premier has also announced the appointment of Mel Kay who will lead the agency’s delegate management division, Premier Connects. “Mel brings invaluable experience to the team, spanning event management, delegate experience and event marketing. She is already proving a huge asset to the team and has a great vision for the future of Premier Connects,” says Ben McCarthy. Premier Connects has followed a similar trajectory, having more than doubled in size over the past six months, growing from a team of two to five.

Updates to Look and Feel

With the momentum of these internal developments, the Premier team is excited to unveil a new Premier Events website. “There’s lots happening within the business at the moment, and it’s great to have the opportunity to revisit existing platforms and realign them with where Premier is going now,” shares Ben McCarthy. “We have reimagined the Premier website with a smoother user journey and a refined look and feel that we’re excited to see reflected across all the different brands. In the back end, we are focusing on implementing AEO to help us show up in LLM searches, which is already showing results.”

Exhibiting at Confex

Premier Events, Premier Connects and Premier Studios will all be exhibiting at International Confex, The Event Production Show and The PA Show. The newly merged Content & Creative and Studios department will officially launch at the event All the behind-the-scenes details of this multi-pronged exhibiting process are being documented in a social media series, giving audiences a peek behind the curtain of this huge undertaking.
