Event Wi-Fi company, noba, has partnered with brand new Venue Lab space, Magazine London, to provide Wi-Fi as part of a three-year deal.

Purpose-built Magazine London, which opened its doors this September, boasts over 24,000sqm of indoor and outdoor space and is the largest of its kind in London. The venue is based in the Greenwich Peninsula and has panoramic views of the Canary Wharf skyline.

The venue has already hosted events for Jack Morton, FIFA EA Games and SAP in its opening month.

noba has invested in a state-of-the-art wireless network capable of supporting circa 4,000 users to support large scale events with high demand for connectivity at the venue.

noba’s director, Gary Exall, commented on the new partnership: “We are really excited to be working alongside the Venue Lab team in this brilliant new venture for the events industry. There is a lot of buzz going around this venue, so expectations are high, and we are thankful to be a part of this exciting journey.

“Our state-of-the-art network will provide a bullet proof service for those hosting events at this venue, we have already successfully delivered events for some major brands and agencies there in September with lots more exciting bookings over the next few months.”

Claire Pastore, director of venues, Venue Lab added: “Venue Lab has worked with noba for a number of years now, it is one of our main providers for Wi-Fi across our London venue portfolio, which includes Printworks London. We have complete trust in what it does and the support it provides our clients.

“Connectivity is crucial for the majority of our events we hold at our venues, so ensuring we have a reliable supplier is key. The team are great to work alongside, and they understand the events industry incredibly well which always helps.”

2019 has been a busy year for our noba venues team. It recently partnered with Saatchi Gallery in an exclusive three-and-a-half-year deal and is in the process of setting up brand new West London venue, Exhibition London (Venue Lab), due to open in November, and also The Drumsheds (Venue Lab) in North London.
