Max Fellows, Director of Client Services at MCI Experiences will be presenting his lecture on ‘Designing The Participant Journey’ on Monday 8th October as part of the University of Westminster’s Event Design Open Lecture Series. The talk will be taking place at 5pm at the Marylebone campus opposite Madame Tussauds. In his session Max will be talking about how a successful event is one that engages participants in myriad ways. This session demonstrates how design elements can contribute to greater engagement by participants.  Max considers how demographics and differing audience types impact the design of the experience.
