LiveStyled is a multi-Event Technology Awards’ (ETA) winner too, picking up Best Venue Installation for its work with the Telenor Arena at Troxy in November, on top of the Best Venue Product and Best Tech Product trophies the company took home in 2017.
The 23,000-capacity, multi-use Telenor Arena in Oslo, has hosted sellout shows from the likes of the Stones, Madonna, Rihanna and Drake, as well as the Eurovision Song Contest and the Oslo International Horse Show, has everything to gain from a versatile technology and introduced its new-look mobile app in 2017.
Powered by the LiveStyled platform and marketed to ticket buyers online, on the approach to and inside the arena, ‘T·App’ has seen rapid success. Forty-five per cent of attendees downloaded it for a recent event, the average transaction value was around £20 and as much as 30 per cent of ancillary revenue came via the app.
Audiences can enjoy a host of experience enhancing benefits using the T·App, which covers food, drink, transport tickets and merch. There are app only bars inside the venue, for example, which greatly reduces queue time, and the LiveStyled solution personalises the experience, recognising preferences and highlighting relevant promotions to individuals or audience segments.
