Event tech firm LiveBuzz have scooped two prestigious awards at the EN awards 2018, “Event Tech of the Year” and “Best Supplier to Organisers”. The 12th edition of the EN Awards took place at Battersea Evolution and hosted hundreds of leading organisers and suppliers from across the globe to celebrate their achievements in 2017.

LiveBuzz have been on a tremendous trajectory since their inception in 2011 and have established themselves as a major player in the global event sector. With a focus on technological innovation and physical delivery, the company has evolved its services to encompass many elements of the exhibition planning ecosystem, including registration, event websites, meeting tools, exhibitor services and marketing advocacy tools.

Justin Craig MD of LiveBuzz comments: “We’re thrilled to win these prestigious awards which is a great validation of our developmental ethos. But what is great event tech? It’s human nature for heads to be turned by “the headliner”, something new, different and exciting. But for me, great event tech is making the complex look simple. It’s delivering tools for organisers that are practical, that can be easily implemented and that offer flexibility and efficiencies. Equally event tech is only powerful if it can be delivered in the real world, bridging the digital and physical. Equally, our success as “Best Supplier to Organisers” for the past two years is proof our event tech delivers.”

The Judging panel of the EN awards commented: ”What Livebuzz has done is deliver a product that openly integrates with the vast majority of tech in the market and helps to deliver a far smoother experience. This is tech that doesn’t benefit certain shows or elements of a show, it applies to everyone and hits at the fundamental heart of what a show is, its visitors and exhibitors.”

Looking to the future Craig continues: “LiveBuzz will continue to focus on evolving its tech offer in partnership with our clients, building the tools that they need and want, not what we think they want. Adding value, creating efficiencies, catalysing marketing creativity, enhancing journeys, heightening experiences and increasing profits. We focus on the goals, rather than the feature”.
