Lime Venue Portfolio has announced Garsington Studios as the latest addition to its expanding UK collection. Located in the picturesque Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire, the venue combines cultural heritage, creative energy and a peaceful rural setting, offering event planners a distinctive new option.

Opened in 2024, Garsington Studios is a prestigious development, designed in the style of a traditional red-roofed, oak-beamed Chilterns’ farm building. Behind its classic exterior lies a modern network of impressive studios and meeting spaces. The surrounding courtyard features three recently refurbished accommodation buildings, alongside a free car park equipped with EV chargers.

Set within a sprawling private and gated estate, the venue offers seclusion while remaining easily accessible from major motorway networks. Despite its tranquil countryside setting, the venue is well connected to London, Oxford and Birmingham, making it ideal for retreat-style events. The surroundings encourage focus and reflection, while the facilities support content-rich programmes and professional delivery.

As the home of Garsington Opera, the Studios carry strong associations with storytelling, craftsmanship and cultural ambition. This inspiring environment is particularly suited to leadership gatherings, creative summits, brand experiences and cultural collaborations that benefit from a strong sense of purpose and atmosphere.

Garsington Studios also offers a high level of functionality. Its flexible spaces accommodate a wide range of formats, from conferences and rehearsals to filming and corporate events, supported by well-equipped catering and dining spaces. The building is fully accessible, sustainability is at the heart of its design, and it also offers excellent Wi-Fi and power options.

“We really believe we have something special to offer event planners,” said Lindsey Cook, Director of Communications, Marketing & External Relations at Garsington Opera. “This is a place where stories are told and ideas are brought to life—perfect for creative organisers.”

Lime Venue Portfolio is encouraging event professionals to consider the Studios for early spring and late summer events, when the countryside setting is at its best. The venue is particularly well suited to outdoor receptions, networking, incentives and training programmes.

“Garsington Studios brings something fresh to our collection,” said Jo Austin, Sales Director at Lime Venue Portfolio. “It’s a venue with depth, creativity and culture, ideal for event organisers who want their surroundings to say something about who they are and what they stand for. We’re so happy to have them as a part of our portfolio and are genuinely excited for the event planners looking for this kind of venue.”
