Tom Parry, Jockey Club Catering’s Regional Executive Head Chef for Cheltenham Racecourse, last week scooped the coveted Cost Sector Catering Event Award for the innovative hospitality concept ‘Theatre @ The Festival’. The Pan Asian hospitality experience was noted for its innovation and excellent culinary offering, as it features an exclusive menu delivering a fusion of flavours from across Asia but delivered via the farms of The Cotswolds.

On accepting the award Tom Parry commented: “It’s an honour to receive such a prestigious award from industry peers. Along with my team I spent over a year developing this concept and we are thoroughly proud of the hospitality offering which we believe offers an unparalleled culinary experience at any sporting event.”
