Global brand experience agency Jack Morton announces three executive leadership appointments. Craig Millon (pictured) assumes the role of chief client officer. Edward Scott has been promoted to the role of president, U.S., and Sharon Crichton will rejoin the agency as executive vice president, global head of production.

In the last year, Jack Morton has reported several high-profile wins and continues to expand client relationships across the agency. To boost growth and best serve new opportunities, the agency has made these senior leadership appointments.

“Growth is our agency’s highest priority and the addition of this new talent to our leadership will allow us to focus on driving more collaboration and connectivity across our network,” said Josh McCall, Chairman and CEO, Jack Morton. “This new organizational model will enable us to better leverage our talent, remain agile, explore new opportunities, and continue to deliver extraordinary experiences for our clients.”

Details on the executives are as follows:

Craig Millon, Chief Client Officer. Millon has been instrumental in the growth of Jack Morton since 2012. In his new role, he will lead account services and business development and continue oversight of its technology agency, Genuine. He will be focused on new and organic growth opportunities across all geographies and enhancing the overall client experience. Previously serving as executive vice president on the Executive Team, Millon has been instrumental in winning, growing and retaining key accounts such as Subway and Liberty Mutual and drove the acquisition of Genuine in 2014. He will continue to report to Josh McCall.

Edward Scott, President U.S. Scott joined Jack Morton’s New York office in 2010 and has held senior positions in Sydney, Hong Kong and San Francisco, where he served as managing director of Jack Morton’s West Coast operations. He has led successful, award-winning events, experiences and integrated campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across many industry verticals. Scott will join the Executive Team and oversee the Boston, Chicago, New York, Princeton and West Coast operations, working closely with managing directors in each of those markets to propel growth and collaboration. He will also report to McCall.

Sharon Crichton, EVP, Global Head of Production. Crichton rejoins Jack Morton from George P. Johnson where she was vice president of live production and operations, and general manager New York and Boston. She will join the company’s Executive Team and work with global operations, production and technical services teams. Crichton previously spent time at Jack Morton, serving as director of operations in Boston and London over a 10-year period. In her new role, she will provide vision and strategic direction and enhance collaboration globally. Sharon will report to Bill Davies, Chief Operating Officer.

As a result of these appointments, the agency also promotes Tom Michael to senior vice president, managing director of West Coast operations. Michael has a rich background on the client and agency sides and has been with Jack Morton for 14 years. He is a seasoned strategist and relationship builder and has been a key player in bringing in several key clients which have contributed substantially to the sustained success of the operation.
