EventsCase, the industry’s leading all-in-one event management platform, is to celebrate seven years of innovation and growth by hosting what promises to be a very special party.

Key representatives of venues, event organisers and agencies are invited to attend an evening of much celebration and rub shoulders with some of the industry’s biggest names.

Attendees can now register for a place at the event, which will be held from 17:30 on October 3rd at Devonshire Terrace in Spitalfields, London.

Seven years have gone incredibly fast for EventsCase, which has wasted little time in becoming the number-one platform for events of all sizes.

The company began life in 2012 as a global community of event professionals. Its blogs and forum attracted scores of traffic from around the world. But after learning more about the demands of event professionals – and the ways in which technology could assist them – its co-founders were drawn to the idea of creating something more impactful.

They recruited a team of developers to produce what stands today: a powerful event management solution that is saving time, money and headaches for groups like Telefonica, Samsung, Honeywell, United Nations, Santander and London Business School.

EventsCase has raised a total of $4 million in funding thanks to contributions from a number of high-profile tech investors. The group recently opened new offices in Barcelona, Madrid, and Dubai and plans to expand out to China in 2020. These will add to premises in London, Valencia, a US office in Austin, Texas, and a base in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh.

Following its recent growth, EventsCase has faced up to the challenge of expanding its staff roster to maintain a quality level of service. One of the more recent hires saw the onboarding of Kevin Lorch (formerly of Eventbase) as UK MD. The group currently has 55 employees spread across its global network and plans to grow beyond 80 by the end of the year.

Yet, perhaps the biggest milestone and success story concerns the platform itself. EventsCase now offers tools for registration, check-in, app and website building and email marketing. These are supplemented by additional features, like 1-2-1 networking and gamification, which are made to boost engagement and connections between audience members.

EventsCase is also one of very few scalable options on today’s market. Trusted by companies big and small, the platform enables each user to select the features they need on an event-by-event basis.
