ICE (in-house corporate events) has today announced that drpg, has become the latest sponsor for the organisation’s fifth annual awards ceremony, taking place 11th July 2019, at the Design Museum, London.

An award-winning agency, with over 39 years in the corporate industry, drpg began their journey as a corporate film company, but has since developed into an award-winning, fully-creative, experience agency, working with household names such as Jaguar Land Rover, Nationwide Building Society and Fiat.

The company has been supporters of the ICE community since its inception five years ago and has aided its development into one of the leading communities solely made up of in-house corporate event organisers.

Dale Parmenter, CEO at drpg commented: “For us, ICE is a community that not only gives a voice to the corporate event-organising community, but also recognises the very best, this is what the ICE Awards are all about. We are extremely excited to be supporting the awards, they’re a fantastic initiative, and one we’re proud to continue supporting; we’re really looking forward to working with ICE again and supporting the great work that they do for the community.”

Anita Howard, founder and director of the ICEAWARDS and ICE added: “We want to make the events market more collaborative and are continually looking for innovative and creative ways to deliver ICE’s core values – to recognise, reward, inspire and educate the community. Having the support of companies like drpg, further solidifies our mission. We are huge believers in sharing best practices and creating new ideas. Having the support and expertise of a knowledgeable company like drpg gives us the confidence to achieve this.”

The ICEAWARDS, now in its fifth year and growing, was launched in 2015 with the goal to inspire, reward and give recognition to in-house corporate event planners. Last year, the awards ceremony saw their highest amount of entries across 11 categories and included the strongest calibre of applicants yet; ICE anticipates this will only get better.

Anita added: “We are really excited to have drpg onboard this year. The ICEAWARDS and the work that we do wouldn’t be possible without the continued support from our sponsors, and it’s great to see so many individuals, companies and industry leaders getting behind our vision – to recognise the hard work and creativity of the in-house corporate today.
