TheTicketSellers has scored a hat-trick when it comes to new clients! The announcement of two new contracts to deliver the event ticket sales and support service for the Witcombe Cider Festival 2018 and Noisily Festival 2019, coincides with the first-time delivery of their ‘On Sale to On Site’ service for Sunflowerfest in Northern Ireland.

With 20 years’ experience under their belt, TheTicketSellers create ticketing solutions for events of all sizes, with organiser support and customer service are at the core of their offering. Working closely with event organisers, the team consult on ticketing structure and provide tailored platforms that can be shaped to each event’s requirements. A 24-hour UK based support centre is also available for any customer enquiries throughout the ticket sale process and the team will come to site to ensure the scanning and entry process all goes smoothly.

The Witcombe Cider Festival which will take place in August 2018 and Noisily Festival which is scheduled for July 2019 join a portfolio of summer festivals and events serviced by the ticketing experts, including Boomtown and Shambala amongst many others.

July 2018 also marks the first time that TheTicketSellers has provided both the public selling platform and its own custom-built crew and artist management platform, Eventree, for Sunflowerfest. For the festival, 3,000 public tickets were sold, and 900 artist and crew tickets were issued to create the three-day festival, with a team from TheTicketSellers on site in Northern Ireland to support the ingress to the event.

Aaron Cleary at Sunflowerfest commented, “We first came across TheTicketSellers when they presented at the AIF’s annual conference in 2016. Hearing how Eventree has helped other festivals streamline their operations and reduce admin was really interesting and after an Eventree trial in 2017, it made perfect sense to use all their services including public ticketing, this year, so there wasn’t even a cost to the festival.  Their onsite team were brilliant, knew exactly what to do and allowed us to focus on other operational
and creative elements. We even exported elements from the Eventree system so that an artist’s application feeds in to populate a whole host of data-seats including our website and program, saving a huge amount of time and hassle.”

Mo Jones, Director at TheTicketSellers added, “We work with a number of independent festivals where ticket sale strategy is imperative to achieving the all-important sales. We are super excited to be working with all three events and being part of their success!”
