Paisley comes to Hargrove with extensive experience in the events industry. She most recently served as the vice president of business development for Red Velvet Event, Inc. in Austin, TX. Her role there focused not only on driving new business and revenue, but also financial management, strategic marketing, and oversight of event operations.
Rachel has over 17 years of director-level experience, supporting other organisations such as Aztec Event and Tents, Redstone Hospitality, and Dolce International.
“I am very excited to have Rachel join our events team. She brings proven leadership skills that will greatly complement and elevate the strong team of professionals we currently have in place. I look forward to the immediate contributions she is sure to bring to the department and to Hargrove overall,” said Ron Bracco, vice president of events at Hargrove.
Rachel studied at California Lutheran University and is a Destination Management Certified Professional.
