GH Display has today announced the acquisition of Hytner Exhibitions Limited for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will combine the complimentary skills held across the two exhibition and display companies and increase the operating space to offer an even better service to customers.

The acquisition of the Peterborough based business supports GH Display’s continued growth plans and allows GH Display to move from its long-term home in Werrington to share the Hytner premises at Bullock road, Washingley. The Bullock road site is over two acres in size and has 20,000 sqft of workshop premises. The location provides excellent motorway links and offers the ideal space for both companies to operate and continue their growth.

Both Hytner Exhibitions and GH Display provide high quality custom exhibition stands, custom displays and portable display equipment. The acquisition will see increased capacity across the two companies and one of the most skilled and experienced workforces in the industry.

“Acquiring Hytner Exhibitions provides an exciting opportunity for both companies to pool their expertise and resources”, explains Jenny Hodson, GH Displays Sales & Marketing Director. “The additional capabilities of the two companies combined, strengthens and extends the services offered by both Hytner Exhibitions and GH Display to enhance our turn key solutions”.

GH Displays Managing Director, John Hodson, also commented on the acquisition adding “GH Displays acquisition of Hytner Exhibitions provides a major growth opportunity for both our business and extended services, in addition to increased capacity for our clients. The combined workforce and space will take the companies onto the next level”.
