Not only are we building the show, we’ll be activating in more ways than one at this all-important industry event.

Exhibiting

We are doing something a little different this year, opting for four distinct zones within the centre of the event floor. Each will be located in a separate area of the event, and correspond to a particular stage of the OFDB design thinking cycle:

  • The Opportunity Garden – F22C
Meet our strategy and sales teams, who will share tips and tricks on how to work together and apply blue-sky thinking to a new project or event brief.
  • The Formulate Playground – 737C
Our creative and digital teams will share best practice tools and technology to help you design a creative concept that delivers on your project/event objectives.
  • The Build Factory – K52C
Meet the production and client solutions teams, who will talk you through some of the latest production methods and event technology available to bring your event vision to life.
  • The Debrief Lounge – F60
Our strategy and client solutions teams will teach you the basics of debriefing: celebrating successes and identifying improvements.

Those who visit all four of the Freeman design thinking inspired spaces and get a stamp on their special loyalty cards will be in with a chance of winning a posh dinner for two and a design thinking workshop within their organisation!

VIP Lounge

We’re also sponsoring the VIP Lounge, where guests will get access to deluxe coffee, the Freeman bar and a space to meet with the team away from the hustle and bustle of the show floor.

Speaking

Confex is brimming with great content, and a number of our people will be sharing their expertise across various sessions.

Don’t miss Jackie Brown, who will be discussing why women make great salespeople on day one, plus Adam Jones and Michael Schaiman, SVP, Digital Experience at Helios Interactive, a Freeman company will be talking all things tech. Over at the Event Production Show, Tom Vamos will be talking festival tech, too.

Seeking an update on the latest digital trends for 2018? Tom Vamos and Jordan Waid will reveal their top picks on day two, meanwhile Niru Deasai will be discussing the value of events in the Keynote Theatre.

Follow us on Twitter @Freeman_EMEA and Instagram @Freeman_EMEA for regular updates throughout the two days.

We look forward to seeing you at the show!
