Wales’ biggest gig since the start of lockdown has taken place at Cardiff Castle.

Multi-award-winning indie rockers Foals performed to thousands of fans on Thursday evening at the largest concert since the pandemic. Read our full guide to the gig, including start time, support act and parking, here.

The festival regulars, who are Ivor Novello, Brit and Mercury Prize awards nominees, were due to play in the capital last summer until the outbreak led to delays.

But now, with the lifting of lockdown restrictions, their rescheduled date will mark the welcome return of live events at Wales and the castle.

Despite the lifting of lockdown restrictions, there are coronavirus related conditions of entry including proof of a negative lateral flow test.
