Trace & Capture
We offer mobile app solutions as well as offline data scanners for session-scanning and lead retrieval. Our interactive session-scanning software simplifies the attendance tracking process for sessions of all sizes, from counting attendees, to limiting access to specified registrants. For lead retrieval, we offer two solutions for exhibitors or sponsors to capture and manage leads easily and effectively: light-weight offline data collectors or a fully featured mobile app that can be installed on your smartphone, both time stamped with an option to add qualifiers, custom surveys, etc…
Facial Recognition
fielddrive introduced Facial recognition technology for event check-in services Facial recognition already in 2017. This technology allows attendees to check-in using only their face as they approach the registration kiosk. During the online registration process or prior to the event, attendees upload a photo or take a selfie in order to extract a biometric profile. When arriving on site, a camera at the fielddrive check-in kiosk matches their face with this profile, which instantaneously recognises their face. The overall process takes just a few seconds, removing the need to bring any pre-printed barcode or QRcode onsite, or the hassle of scrolling email inboxes to find a registration confirmation. This caters for a delightful and memorable experience for attendees.
