Feathr today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Springful, a digital marketing agency based in Gainesville, Florida. The acquisition comes after an increased demand for Feathr Concierge.
Feathr Concierge is a managed services programme that allows the Feathr team to help customers set up their accounts, plan campaign strategies, design collateral and ad creatives, and launch and optimise campaigns.
Feathr originally partnered with Springful in late 2017 to bring Feathr Concierge to life, and the team was managing services for more than 50 clients within a year of launching the program.
The acquisition brings seven employees to the new team. After doubling in size in the last two years, Feathr moved in March 2019 to Gaineville’s Nimbus building, a 14,000 square-foot office in the city’s growing Innovation District.

With the acquisition, Feathr customers continue to benefit from the expertise of both the Campaign Managers from Springful and the Customer Success Manager at Feathr. Additionally, with both teams now working in the same building, Feathr Concierge is offering more services and seeing better results than ever before.
