Event Technology company Exposure Analytics are rounding off a successful 2018 on the shortlist for KPMG’s Best British Start-Up. They’ll take part in the Midlands semi-final in January and if they’re successful will head to the final at Mobile World Congress in February.

Exposure Analytics’ experiential analytics platform helps event professionals to measure the success of their work. They help their clients with valuable data and insight by capturing footfall data, dwell time information, engagement rates, flow routes, heat maps, and even the sentiment of visitors at activations and events. They are no strangers to award success this year, having won two awards at November’s Event Technology Awards. Exposure Analytics took both the Best Event Analytics and Data Collection and the Best Wireless Technology awards.

In September 2018 Exposure Analytics organised their own event where event professionals and experiential agencies gathered to learn from each other in the fantastic surroundings of Bafta, followed by a Michelin star meal.

Here’s how the day went:

Over the course of 2018 things have gone from strength to strength for the company. They celebrated a milestone in Spring, helping clients to evaluate 1000 events; recently they hit the 2000 event mark. They’re using all of the data and experience from those events to help more clients calculate the ROI of events and experiential activity.

Commenting on their record year, Commercial Director Rob Murdoch said: “I can’t believe what a fantastic year we’ve had. The two Event Technology Awards and now the KPMG shortlist highlight how much the event industry values our technology and the insight we provide to help them to enhance their work. We’re always learning and developing and sharing that knowledge and experience with our clients. Thanks to everyone we’ve worked with this year; we can’t wait for 2019 and the chance to build on this year’s success.”

First up for the Exposure Analytics team in 2019 is CES in Las Vegas. If you’re going to be there too, why not get in touch with Rob Murdoch?

They are always keen to hear from event profs and experiential agencies who’d like to know more about their award-winning-technology.
