EventShaper Ltd is proud to announce and welcome Helen Ericson into the role of head of operations. Helen has joined EventShaper with more than 18 years’ professional experience in the events industry. 

As head of operations, Helen will be responsible for managing and developing the operations team. In her role, she will work closely with the team and clients to ensure that EventShaper provides the best operational solution. She will also be involved in developing and implementing business strategies to help drive the company forward.

I am really looking forward to meeting all the EventShaper clients and getting to know everyone.”

Helen has joined EventShaper from her previous role as operations director at GovNet and prior to that came from the ranks of UBM & Centaur. Outside of work Ericson is a huge sports fan, especially rugby. She loves travelling, reading and when she has time secretly partakes in amateur dramatics – having completed a performing arts degree at DE Montfort University.
