EventsCase, an all-in-one event management technology solution, presents In Situ Support, a combination of hardware and software that allows event attendees to self-print their accreditation. “With the development and incorporation of In Situ Support technology to our platform, EventsCase goes a step further in helping to develop and promote events,” states Jose Bort, CEO of EventsCase.

EventsCase provides the customer with an On-site Box. In each of these boxes, there is an App Kiosk, tablets, printers and a 4G router to synchronise all the products with each other. In this way, each attendee at the event looks for their name on a tablet, verifies that everything is correct and prints their accreditation. In Situ support avoids queues, saving time and costs. Like the rest of the EventsCase products, it is customisable and modular and supports any language including Mandarin, Russian and Arabic.

This kit comes preconfigured to make it quick and easy to use. Even so, in order to offer a personalised service and ensure optimal care,EventsCase offers the possibility of having expert staff on site.
