Feasts from the Middle East, a specialised catering company, is taking the event industry by storm with its striking recipes, bold flavours and fearless menus.

Tony Kitous, also founder of Levant, Kenza and Shawa, drew inspiration from his childhood memories in Algeria to launch Feasts from the Middle East. He is driven to deliver the fantastic flavours of the Middle East and North Africa to homes and venues across the UK, some of which include product launches, award ceremonies, weddingsand private parties.

Kitous has formed a partnership with The Admirable Crichton, the celebrated event design specialist, to create the new offer.

“Eating provides a glorious opportunity to be with friends, family, colleagues or clients to talk, laugh, celebrate and share the latest news,” explained Kitous.

“I am lucky enough to say that I have created a life around Middle Eastern food, traditions and hospitality, both in the Middle East and the UK.

The Admirable Crichton has unrivalled experience of the world of events and event management. Together, Feasts from the Middle East and The AC will give the chance to experience great food and hospitality from the region.

Anis Asghar, chief executive at The Admirable Crichton, added: “Feasts from the Middle East is an incredibly exciting project.

“Food brings people together so what better way to bring such delicious and Middle Eastern dishes to life than through this partnership. We’re delighted to be working with Tony and his team on this project to ensure that authentic Middle Eastern cuisine comes alive in some of the best venues and finest events across Europe.”

The partnership between Feasts from the Middle East and The Admirable Crichton will give clients access to an enviable selection of venues, including royal palaces, museums and galleries.

Feasts from the Middle East specialise in mezze; small plates of food that are perfect for sharing. The mezze dishes are accompanied by opulent dishes of roasted lamb, grilled meats and rice dishes, as well as delicious plant-based dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans before a mix of rich and perfumed sweet treats are served.

Kitous concluded: “I want people to fall in love with the Middle East – its bold flavours and welcoming, generous traditions and I want to share them with you, your family, friends, colleagues and clients”.
